ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Representative at Luke McCarty Insurance Agency, you play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency by delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between our customers and agency teams, ensuring that clients receive personalized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing detailed information about State Farm insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
- Assist customers with completing policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options to enhance protection and meet financial goals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update customer records and agency databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with agency teams including underwriting, claims, and marketing to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote agency visibility and generate new business leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, State Farm products, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficient in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
